What is a digital stroboscope used for?


 A stroboscope is also known as a strobe. This instrument is useful in making a cyclically moving object appear to be either stationary or slow-moving. This instrument consists of either a rotating disk that has slots or holes in that, or a lamp (typically a flashtube that produces brief repetitive flashes of light. The rate of the stroboscope is normally adjustable to various frequencies.
